The Smokout at the Boathouse IX presented by Best Home & Property Services was a huge success. Raising over $90,000 to help the Grand Strand Community.

With the help of our amazing community we were able to pull off the biggest Smokeout at the Boathouse to date. With great weather, awesome sponsors and a community that showed up we are able to continue our mission well into 2023.

This event was put together to help a staple community individual battle cancer. Phat Matt was born and raised right here in Myrtle Beach and has been doing awesome community things for years. Phat Matt was able to focus on his treatment and not have to worry about the stress of bills piling up. We raised over $100,000 at this event.

Andre Pope was an amazing human with a beautiful family and a great career. He always had a smile on his face and would give the shirt off of his back. When the team found out Andre was diagnosed with cancer they immediately sprung into action creating the first ever Smokeout At The Boathouse. Within weeks the event was organized and the stage was set. We were going to get this event start
