Phil Jackson is a surf event director and entrepreneur specializing in large-scale surf competitions and event production across the East Coast and Puerto Rico. As the founder of the O’Neill East Coast Grom Tour, Phil has developed one of the region’s premier youth surf platforms, drawing hundreds of competitors and major brand partners to each stop.

With a background in hands-on operations and creative execution, Phil oversees every layer of production — from permitting and logistics to sponsorship integration, live webcasts, scoring systems, and on-site brand 

activation. His events are known for high energy, professional structure, and strong community engagement.

Driven by a passion for surf culture and youth development, Phil continues to expand opportunities for the next generation while elevating the standard for East Coast surf competitions.
